“Adam Shanagher was recommended to me by my partner.  He has a huge amount of experience and came highly recommended as one of the best out there.  I decided I would book a consultation with him partly out of curiosity and partly because  we all have a few areas we would like to heal!  I thought it was worth a session or two to see how much of a difference it could make.  Nothing prepared me for the transformational experience that followed!  After the 1st session where he helped me strengthen my depleted kidneys, and to release some past life terror and feelings of being unsafe, a couple of days later I went to Ibiza and found myself driving from the airport in the dark to an unknown destination with ease and total comfort, just like I was driving at home (previously I had only driven abroad in areas I had known and felt comfortable…).  The 2nd session focused on helping me clear my chakras, and other residual fear, panic and the sense of feeling unsafe.  Any fear, anxieties, low feelings or resistance to life all disappeared!  In session 3, I had an issue that I had for years, of biting the side of my mouth, this stopped completely in that session and had not returned after more releasing!  After Session 4 I was feeling really happy and at peace, more energy for life and making decisions with no fear or with the sometimes old I-can’t-be-bothered attitude or the old it’s-too-hard attitude very much diminished! I just found myself getting on with stuff with more ease! I have found my self putting into place things I have put off for years, renovations, a writing class and my physical and sexual energy has improved massively. I feel really at peace and totally living in the present. My wellbeing in a daily basis is so good! It felt pretty good before but so much more content and with such an inner calm.
